    OmniOrders imports your existing data and then syncs automatically going forward

OmniOrders syncs products (names, SKUs, variants, images, pricing), orders (line items, customer details, shipping addresses, statuses), inventory quantities (per location, in real time), and fulfillment updates back to your sales channels — automatically, as changes happen on either side.

See all your active integrations:

  1. Go to Integrations in the main menu
  2. View status, last sync time, and any errors
  3. Click any integration to see detailed sync logs

Need to temporarily stop syncing?

  1. Open the integration settings
  2. Toggle Sync Active off (or click Disconnect to remove completely)
  3. You can reconnect anytime without losing data

Track what’s been synced:

  • View sync history by date and time
  • See which products and orders were updated
  • Check error logs if something goes wrong
  • Export sync reports for your records

OAuth 2.0 Authentication

We use industry-standard OAuth for secure connections—we never store your platform passwords.

Encrypted Data

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

Minimal Permissions

We only request access to what’s needed—never payment info or customer credentials.

Revoke Anytime

You can disconnect any integration instantly. Your data in OmniOrders remains untouched.

How much does it cost?

Integrations are included with your OmniOrders subscription—no per-integration fees.

How often does it sync?

Orders sync in real-time. Products and inventory sync every 5 minutes or instantly with webhooks enabled.

Can I sync historical data?

Yes! The first sync imports recent orders (usually last 30 days). Older data can be imported on request.

What if I sell the same product on multiple channels?

OmniOrders matches products by SKU automatically and keeps inventory synced across all channels.
