Request an Integration

Need a platform we don’t support yet? Tell us what you need.

OmniOrders connects with many eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and shipping carriers—but we’re always adding more. If your platform isn’t listed, you can request it. Our team reviews every request and prioritizes based on demand and feasibility.

Requesting an integration helps us understand what platforms matter most to our users. Popular requests get prioritized, and your input directly influences which integrations we build next.

How to Request

  1. Go to Integrations

    In OmniOrders, open Integrations from the main menu.

  2. Find the Request Card

    Click on Email for the custom integration request. Then click Request Integration.

  3. Contact Our Team

    Reach out via:

    • Email: [email protected]
    • In-app chat: Use the chat widget in the bottom-right corner
    • Subject line: Include “Integration Request: [Platform Name]” so we can route it quickly

  4. Provide Details

    Include the platform name, what you use it for (orders, inventory, shipping), and any urgency. See the section below for a helpful checklist.

What to Include in Your Request

The more context you provide, the faster we can evaluate and respond. Use this checklist when reaching out:

Platform Name

The exact name of the platform (e.g., Magento, Mercado Libre, ShipStation).

Use Case

What you need: order sync, inventory sync, product sync, shipping labels, or all of the above.

Volume & Urgency

Rough order volume and whether you need it soon or it’s a future consideration.

API Availability

If you know the platform has a public API or developer docs, mention it—it helps our evaluation.

Example Request

Subject: Integration Request: Mercado Libre

Hi, I’d like to request an integration with Mercado Libre. We sell on Mercado Libre in Latin America and need to sync orders and inventory with OmniOrders. We process about 500 orders/month. Mercado Libre has a public API. Please let me know if this is on your roadmap.

What to Expect

We review every request but cannot guarantee a timeline or that every platform will be built. Here’s how the process typically works:

  • Acknowledgment: We’ll confirm receipt of your request within a few business days.
  • Evaluation: Our team assesses demand, API availability, and technical feasibility.
  • Prioritization: High-demand platforms with solid APIs move up the queue.
  • Updates: If we decide to build it, we may reach out for feedback or beta testing.
  • No Guarantees: We can’t promise a specific platform or date—but your input matters.

Alternatives While You Wait

If your platform isn’t available yet, consider these options:

Manual Import

Import orders or products via CSV when needed. Not ideal for high volume, but works for smaller operations.

Custom API

If your platform has an API, we may offer custom integration services for enterprise plans. Ask our team.

Third-Party Connectors

Some platforms connect through middleware (e.g., Zapier, custom scripts). We can advise on workarounds.

How long does it take?

Evaluation is usually quick. Building a new integration can take weeks to months depending on complexity.

Is there a fee?

Requesting is free. Custom or enterprise integrations may have separate pricing—we’ll discuss if applicable.

Can I request multiple platforms?

Yes. Send one request per platform so we can track demand accurately.

What if my platform is niche?

We still want to hear from you. Niche platforms sometimes get built when demand is strong enough.
