## Before You Start

Make sure you have:

## Connect Your Multivende Account

1. **Go to Integrations**

   In OmniOrders, click **Integrations** in the main menu, then click **Add Integration**

2. **Select Multivende**

   Find Multivende in the list (under Marketplaces) and click **Connect**

3. **Enter API Credentials**

   You'll need:
   - **API Key** (from your Multivende dashboard)
   - **API Secret**

   OmniOrders only requests access to products, orders, and inventory—we never access payment or sensitive customer info.

4. **Configure Settings**

   Choose what to sync:
   - **Products**: Sync your product catalog
   - **Orders**: Import new orders from all connected marketplaces
   - **Inventory**: Keep stock levels in sync across channels
   - **Fulfillment**: Send tracking info back to Multivende

5. **Map Locations**

   If you have multiple warehouses, map them to your Multivende fulfillment locations for accurate inventory routing.

6. **Start Sync**

   Click **Start Sync** to begin importing your data. The first sync may take a few minutes depending on your catalog size.

## What Gets Synced?

**The Multivende integration syncs products (names, SKUs, variants, images, pricing), orders (line items, customer details, shipping addresses, statuses), inventory quantities across channels, and fulfillment updates back to Multivende—automatically, as changes happen.**

- Product names and descriptions
- SKUs and barcodes
- Variants (sizes, colors, etc.)
- Images and pricing
- Categories and attributes

- Order details and line items
- Customer information
- Shipping addresses
- Order status and notes
- Source marketplace (Mercado Libre, Falabella, etc.)

- Stock quantities by location
- Inventory updates (both directions)

- Tracking numbers
- Shipping carriers
- Fulfillment status
- Shipment updates to marketplaces

## Managing Your Connection

### View Sync Status

Check if everything is syncing correctly:

1. Go to **Integrations** → **Multivende**
2. View the sync dashboard showing:
   - Last sync time
   - Products and orders synced
   - Any errors or warnings

### Pause Syncing

Need to temporarily stop syncing?

1. Open your Multivende integration settings
2. Toggle **Sync Active** to OFF
3. Syncing stops immediately (you can resume anytime)

### Update Settings

Change what syncs:

1. Click **Settings** on your Multivende integration
2. Toggle any sync option on/off
3. Click **Save Changes**

### Update API Credentials

If you need to regenerate your Multivende API credentials:

1. Create new credentials in your Multivende dashboard
2. Update them in OmniOrders integration settings
3. The connection will resume automatically

## Troubleshooting

### Orders Not Syncing

**Problem**: New marketplace orders aren't appearing in OmniOrders

**Solutions**:

- Check that **Order Sync** is enabled in integration settings
- Verify your API credentials are valid and not expired
- Confirm the marketplace is connected and active in Multivende
- Look for error messages in the sync log
- Try clicking **Force Sync** to trigger a manual refresh

### Inventory Not Updating

**Problem**: Stock changes don't sync between Multivende and OmniOrders

**Solutions**:

- Confirm **Inventory Sync** is turned on
- Check if products are mapped correctly (same SKU in both systems)
- Verify your Multivende account has inventory sync enabled
- Allow up to 15 minutes for updates to sync
- Check for rate limit messages in the sync log

### Connection Expired

**Problem**: Multivende integration shows "Connection Expired" or "Authentication Failed"

**Solutions**:

- Verify your API credentials are still valid in Multivende
- Check if the API key was rotated or revoked
- Regenerate credentials and update them in OmniOrders
- No data is lost—syncing resumes after reconnecting
