## Troubleshooting
### Products Not Showing
If you don't see products in your inventory:
1. Check your filters - clear all filters and try again
2. Verify the status filter is set to show all statuses
3. Ensure you have products created in your catalog
4. Check that you have permission to view inventory
### Stock Levels Not Updating
If quantities aren't updating:
1. Refresh the page to load latest data
2. Check if the integration sync is working properly
3. Verify your fulfillment location connections
4. Contact support if issues persist
### Cannot Update Quantities
If you can't change stock levels:
1. Verify you have permission to edit inventory
2. Check that the product is active (not archived)
3. Ensure the location is not locked or read-only
4. Try updating one product at a time instead of bulk
### Negative Inventory Shows
If products show negative quantities:
1. This usually indicates overselling or incorrect adjustments
2. Review inventory history to find the cause
3. Adjust quantities to correct the issue
4. Consider enabling oversell prevention in settings
### Cannot Find Products
If search isn't working:
