## Troubleshooting Common Issues

### SKU Quantities Don't Match Warehouse

If inventory counts in OmniOrders don't match your physical warehouse:

1. Check if orders are committed but not yet fulfilled (these reduce "Available" but not "On Hand")
2. Verify that fulfillment location sync is enabled in your integration settings
3. Review the SKU's Inventory History to see recent changes
4. Contact your fulfillment location to perform a physical count

### Quick Filters Not Showing Expected Results

If Quick Filters seem inaccurate:

1. Clear all other filters first - Quick Filters work on top of existing filters
2. Verify that min/max stock thresholds are set correctly for your SKUs
3. Refresh the page to ensure you have the latest data

### Bulk Actions Failing

If bulk actions don't complete:

1. Check that you have permission to modify inventory
2. Verify you're not trying to delete SKUs with active orders
3. Reduce the number of selected items if working with hundreds of SKUs
4. Check for validation errors in the action dialog
