Warehouses Management

Warehouses Management lets you view orders and inventory for your ShipEdge fulfillment locations. Select a warehouse to see which orders are being fulfilled there and what inventory is currently in stock at that location.

This gives you visibility into each warehouse’s operations and helps you make informed decisions about inventory distribution and order fulfillment.

The Warehouses view gives you a location-specific window into your operations. Select any ShipEdge warehouse to see its active orders and inventory quantities — Good, Hurt, and Hold — without switching between systems. Use it to monitor fulfillment progress and investigate inventory discrepancies at a specific location.

Track Orders by Location

See exactly which orders are being processed at each ShipEdge warehouse. Monitor fulfillment progress by location.

Monitor Inventory Levels

Check inventory quantities at each warehouse. Know what’s available, on hold, or damaged at every location.

Identify Bottlenecks

Spot warehouses with high order volumes or low inventory. Take action before problems impact fulfillment.

Make Better Decisions

Use warehouse-specific data to decide where to send inventory transfers or route new orders for faster delivery.

The Warehouses page has two main sections:

At the top of the page, you’ll see:

  • ShipEdge: label
  • A dropdown to select which warehouse you want to view

The dropdown shows all your active ShipEdge fulfillment locations. Select one to load its orders and inventory.

Shows all orders being fulfilled at the selected warehouse. The table includes:

  • Order details - Order numbers, dates, customer information
  • Shipping information - Ship dates and methods
  • Order status - Current fulfillment stage

You can:

  • Filter orders by any column
  • Search for specific orders
  • Sort by date, order number, or other fields
  • View order details by clicking the actions menu (•••)

Shows all products currently stocked at the selected warehouse. The table includes:

  • SKU - Product identifier
  • Description - Product name
  • Qty Good - Units available for sale
  • Qty Hurt - Damaged units
  • Qty Hold - Units on hold (not available)
  • Supplier Info - Supplier nickname and distribution center
  • Product Info - Manufacturer, category, model number
  • Weight - Weight and dimensions (W×H×L)

You can:

  • Filter inventory by SKU, supplier, or other fields
  • Search for specific products
  • See quantities in different states (good, damaged, on hold)
  1. Navigate to Warehouses

Access the Warehouses page from your navigation menu or by clicking a warehouse link from other pages.

  2. Select a Warehouse

Click the dropdown under “ShipEdge:” and choose which warehouse you want to view. The page updates to show data for that location.

  3. View Orders

The Orders tab loads by default. See all orders currently being fulfilled at this warehouse.

    • Use filters to find specific orders
    • Click the actions menu (•••) for more options
    • Check shipping dates to monitor fulfillment timelines
  4. Check Inventory

Click the Inventory tab to see what products are stocked at this warehouse.

    • Review quantity levels (Qty Good, Qty Hurt, Qty Hold)
    • Filter by SKU to find specific products
    • Check supplier and product information
  5. Switch Between Warehouses

Change the warehouse selection at any time to view different locations. Your current tab (Orders or Inventory) stays active.

The Inventory tab shows three quantity types:

Units in perfect condition and available for sale. These can be allocated to orders and shipped to customers.

Damaged units that cannot be sold. These might need to be returned to the supplier or written off.

Units temporarily on hold and not available for sale. This might be due to:

  • Quality control checks
  • Returns being processed
  • Reserved for specific orders
  • Other administrative holds

Both Orders and Inventory tabs support powerful filtering:

Order Date and Shipping Date columns have calendar pickers:

  • Click the calendar icon
  • Select a date
  • Only orders matching that date appear
  • Clear the filter to see all orders again

For text columns:

  • Start typing to filter results
  • The filter searches from the beginning of the field
  • Case-insensitive matching

Click the actions menu (•••) next to any order to:

  • View full order details
  • Check shipment status
  • See customer information
  • Access related records

A sidebar opens showing complete order information.

Check Multiple Warehouses

Switch between warehouses regularly to monitor all locations. Compare order volumes and inventory levels across facilities.

Monitor Low Inventory

Use the Inventory tab to spot products running low at specific warehouses. Plan transfers or purchase orders before stockouts occur.

Track Damaged Goods

Review Qty Hurt regularly. High damaged quantities might indicate shipping problems or need for better packaging.

Use Date Filters

On the Orders tab, filter by shipping date to see what’s going out soon. Help warehouses prioritize urgent shipments.

Only active ShipEdge fulfillment locations connected to your OmniOrders account and set to display in menus will appear. Specifically:

  • Active (not archived or disabled)
  • Connected to your OmniOrders account
  • Set to display in menus

The Warehouses page is read-only monitoring. To edit orders, go to the Orders section — changes sync to the warehouse automatically.

Why don’t I see all my fulfillment locations?

Section titled “Why don’t I see all my fulfillment locations?”

This page shows ShipEdge warehouses only. Local warehouses and other 3PL types are managed separately in the Fulfillment Locations section.

Inventory syncs from ShipEdge based on your integration settings. Contact your administrator to confirm the sync frequency configured for your account.

“Not Data Available” means the selected warehouse has no records for the current filters, or there is a sync issue with ShipEdge. Check:

  • The warehouse has no orders (Orders tab) or no inventory (Inventory tab)
  • There’s a sync issue with ShipEdge
  • Filters are too restrictive (try clearing filters)

Use the Warehouses view to answer questions like:

  • Which warehouse is busiest? - Compare order counts across locations
  • Where is a specific SKU stocked? - Check each warehouse’s inventory
  • Which warehouse has old orders? - Filter by order date to find aging orders
  • Where are damaged goods accumulating? - Review Qty Hurt across warehouses

Problem: The warehouse selector dropdown is empty.

Possible causes:

  • No ShipEdge connections configured
  • All warehouses are inactive
  • Integration connection issues

Solution: Contact your administrator to check ShipEdge integration settings and warehouse status.

Problem: Tab shows loading spinner indefinitely or displays errors.

Solution:

  • Refresh the page
  • Try selecting a different warehouse
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Contact support if problem persists

Problem: Filtered data doesn’t match expectations.

Solution:

  • Check all column filters - multiple filters combine
  • Look for the X icons showing active filters
  • Clear all filters and try again
  • Ensure date format matches what you expect (dd/mm/yy)
