Multivende Integration

Multi-channel marketplace integration for Latin American platforms

Connect Multivende to OmniOrders and centralize your Latin American e-commerce operation. Orders from Mercado Libre, Falabella, Linio, Dafiti, and your own store flow into OmniOrders—products and inventory sync automatically so you manage everything from one dashboard.

Connecting Multivende to OmniOrders means orders from all your Latin American marketplaces arrive in one place, inventory stays in sync across channels, and fulfillment updates push back automatically—no manual imports, no overselling, and no switching between platforms.

Connected Marketplaces

Have your marketplaces (Mercado Libre, Falabella, etc.) already connected in Multivende before linking to OmniOrders.

  1. Go to Integrations

In OmniOrders, click Integrations in the main menu, then click Add Integration

  2. Select Multivende

Find Multivende in the list (under Marketplaces) and click Connect

  3. Enter API Credentials

    You’ll need:

    • API Key (from your Multivende dashboard)
    • API Secret
  4. Configure Settings

    Choose what to sync:

    • Products: Sync your product catalog
    • Orders: Import new orders from all connected marketplaces

  5. Map Locations

The Multivende integration syncs products (names, SKUs, variants, images, pricing), orders (line items, customer details, shipping addresses, statuses), inventory quantities across channels, and fulfillment updates back to Multivende—automatically, as changes happen.

  • Product names and descriptions
  • SKUs and barcodes
  • Variants (sizes, colors, etc.)
  • Images and pricing
  • Categories and attributes
  • Order details and line items
  • Customer information
  • Shipping addresses
  • Order status and notes
  • Source marketplace (Mercado Libre, Falabella, etc.)
  • Stock quantities by location
  • Inventory updates (both directions)
  • Low stock alerts
  • Multi-channel availability

  2. View the sync dashboard showing:
    • Last sync time
    • Products and orders synced
    • Any errors or warnings

Need to temporarily stop syncing?

  1. Open your Multivende integration settings
  2. Toggle Sync Active to OFF
  3. Syncing stops immediately (you can resume anytime)

Change what syncs:

  1. Click Settings on your Multivende integration

  3. Click Save Changes

  1. Create new credentials in your Multivende dashboard
  2. Update them in OmniOrders integration settings
  3. The connection will resume automatically

How often does it sync?

Orders sync as they arrive. Products and inventory typically sync every 5–15 minutes or when changes occur.

Which marketplaces are supported?

Multivende connects to Mercado Libre, Falabella, Linio, Dafiti, and your own store. Connect them in Multivende first.

What about existing orders?

We import recent orders during initial setup. Older orders can be imported on request.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use secure API authentication and encrypt all data in transit and at rest.

Problem: New marketplace orders aren’t appearing in OmniOrders

Solutions:

  • Check that Order Sync is enabled in integration settings
  • Verify your API credentials are valid and not expired
  • Confirm the marketplace is connected and active in Multivende
  • Look for error messages in the sync log
  • Try clicking Force Sync to trigger a manual refresh

Problem: Stock changes don’t sync between Multivende and OmniOrders

Solutions:

  • Confirm Inventory Sync is turned on
  • Check if products are mapped correctly (same SKU in both systems)
  • Verify your Multivende account has inventory sync enabled
  • Allow up to 15 minutes for updates to sync
  • Check for rate limit messages in the sync log

Problem: Multivende integration shows “Connection Expired” or “Authentication Failed”

Solutions:

  • Verify your API credentials are still valid in Multivende
  • Check if the API key was rotated or revoked
  • Regenerate credentials and update them in OmniOrders
  • No data is lost—syncing resumes after reconnecting

  1. Connect Marketplaces First: Set up Mercado Libre, Falabella, or other marketplaces in Multivende before connecting to OmniOrders
  2. Verify SKU Mapping: Ensure your SKUs match between OmniOrders and Multivende
  3. Test One Order: Create a test order in a marketplace and verify it flows through correctly
  4. Check Location Mapping: Map warehouse locations accurately for correct inventory routing
  1. Centralize Inventory: Let OmniOrders be your source of truth for stock levels
  2. Use Consistent SKUs: Keep SKUs identical across all platforms for automatic matching
  3. Set Buffer Stock: Configure safety stock to prevent overselling across marketplaces
  4. Monitor Ship Dates: Latin American marketplaces often have strict ship-by dates—track them closely
  1. Enable Auto-Fulfillment: Let OmniOrders automatically process orders when ready
  2. Sync Tracking Early: Enter tracking as soon as orders ship
  3. Monitor Sync Logs: Check regularly for errors or delays
  4. Plan for Peaks: During busy seasons (e.g., Cyber Monday in LATAM), ensure sync frequency meets demand
